The rental vehicle must be picked up from the designated Zoom Rides location as specified in the confirmation email. At the time of pickup, you must provide a valid driver’s license, credit card, and a copy of the booking confirmation.
The rental period will begin at the time the vehicle is handed over to you. The vehicle must be returned to the same location by the agreed-upon date and time. Failure to return the vehicle on time may result in additional fees.
Once you have rented a vehicle from Zoom Rides, you are responsible for its safe and legal use. You agree to:
Zoom Rides provides basic insurance coverage, which includes Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and theft protection. However, you are still responsible for any damages or loss not covered by the insurance. If you opt for additional coverage or third-party insurance, those terms will be outlined during the booking process.
In the event of an accident or damage, you must inform Zoom Rides immediately and follow the appropriate procedure for reporting the incident.
You will be liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during your rental period if you violate any of the terms of this agreement, including using the vehicle for unlawful purposes or operating it under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Rental fees are determined by the vehicle type, rental period, and any additional services or insurance you select. Payment is due at the time of booking or upon vehicle pickup. A refundable security deposit may be required.

You may cancel or modify your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time without penalty. If you cancel within 48 hours, a cancellation fee will apply.
If you need to modify your booking, such as changing the pickup time or vehicle type, please contact us as soon as possible. Modification requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
